The Board

According to the articles of association, the Board of Directors of Stenhus Fastigheter shall consist of at least three and at most eight members. Currently, the Board comprises seven ordinary members. The Board operates in accordance with established rules of procedure, which include instructions on the division of responsibilities between the Board and the Chief Executive Officer.

The information regarding shareholdings refers to the situation as of 9 June 2025. Shareholdings include holdings by the individual, spouse, minor and cohabiting children, related companies, and holdings through endowment insurance.
