Incentive Programs

The two incentive programs 2024/2027 are directed at:

  • The CEO of Stenhus Fastigheter, covering up to 250,000 warrants.
  • The company’s other management and employees, covering up to 2,750,000 warrants.

Holders of warrants have the right, during the period from 1 June 2027 to 30 June 2027, to subscribe for one (1) new share in the company per warrant.
