Our business concept is to invest in real estate and generate the highest possible risk-adjusted returns for our shareholders through a diversified property portfolio over time. Growth is achieved primarily through property acquisitions, but also through property development. Stenhus Fastigheter is mainly focused on public-sector properties, as well as commercial properties and certain project development. As of 31 December 2025, Stenhus Fastigheter owns a total of 138 properties with a combined value of SEK 13,704.3 million.

Stenhus Fastigheter aims to own, manage, and develop well-located properties in Swedish growth regions. The business strives for long-term leases with strong tenants to create predictable and secure operational cash flow.
